My Name is David Ceccato, I am 35 years old. I'm in my third year of my apprenticeship, I’m working at the University of Guelph. I wanted to become a cook, then eventually a chef because when I was growing up as a Child seeing my Nonna cook for all of us every sunday lunch. She was amazing cook she made most of her food from scratch until she got little order and it was too much for her. It was best homemade Italian food. Combination of her amazing cooking and Co-op placement for cooking high school, I knew I wanted to be Hospitality Business.   My mentors are my Nonna, Chef Jeff Ryan and Chef Jad Crawford. These 3 mentors have taught me so much I could not thank them enough especially my Nonna she was my biggest mentor. I would say my Culinary Personality is flexibility I like to gain knowledge of all stations at work. My Personal philosophy of cooking.
