I decide to with the Pescatarian diet for this blog assignment. Here is some useful information about this diet choice.

The Pescatarian diet is described by that won’t eat any meat or animal flesh except the exception of Fish and Seafood.

A pescatrain usually follows a vegetarian diet except for fish and seafood, which consist as shrimp, clams, crabs and lobster.

Pescartarian also eat a lot of vegetarian foods such as tofu, beans, vegetables, fruits, dairy and grains. The one main reason to do this diet is if you have high cholesterol that want to cut meat but still have that healthy protein.

This is the main reason why I
Choose this diet is because I have high cholesterol which was caused when I had some heart issues and concerns a few years ago,
It made me change my eating habits a lot. Other reasons go for this diet route is animal cruelty concerns and for religious reasons.
Pescartrians also believe that moderate consumptions of fish or fish oils, which are high in Omega 3 fatty acids, is it good for optimum health.
There are also vegetarian alternatives such as flaxseed oil and hemp foods such as superfood salad with kale and hemp seeds, hemp seed granola protein bars.3

At the end of 2 days of doing this diet, I was actually really satisfied with how i actually enjoy
eating foods of this specific diet. I will continue with this diet but not full out version of it i will do at least couple of days a week. Overall i did notice i felt alot better trying out different diet, i will do more research on other diets as well for future specility ones that help with heart and cholestrol.

Food Allergens

I have allergen to Shellfish. So i just replace items that ask for shellfish with fish instead.
