In the future when I decide to open my restaurant, I can see myself for sure of using the page in my menu for strictly plant based foods. The reason why I would want to incorporate this in my menu is because of my family history of heart diseases and diabetes.  Another big reason for doing this blog about plant based foods vs animal foods is to get more information about plant based diet for personal issues. I had heart disease issues in 2017 so I need to change my diet a bit this blog has been big help for me. So that one biggest reason I will be doing this on my menu for my own restaurant and for myself going further.

I was really pleased for how this dish came out, it was really favorable and the cooking of all vegetables were spot on. It was a lot of fun doing this recipe I’m not really into just eating just a vegan dish but I really enjoyed it. It was that hard at finding the ingredients for this recipe. I didn’t really learn new culinary skill, but I did learn that I will eat more vegetables for sure. It’s really important that I do eat more vegetables. The challenges I had was getting the right amount seasoning it took a bit but eventually I got there, I added some extra spices the recipe didn’t ask for. The spices I added were paprika and cinnamon, and garlic and herb spice once I added these it really good seasoning. I would definitely make this recipe again I might add some butternut squash and maybe turnip next time.
